Order Processing

Hydrojug processes and fulfills orders typically within 2-3 business days. During major sales events and product launches, please allow additional processing time of 5-10 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate shipping notification containing tracking details will be sent when your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

We ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times can vary based on your location and carrier delays. Hydrojug partners with USPS and UPS for deliveries, but after handing off packages, we cannot control carrier timelines.

Shipping Costs

Domestic orders over $54.99 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders below $54.99 incur a flat rate shipping fee, which is calculated and shown at checkout.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this information to monitor your package throughout its transit.

Address Accuracy and Returned Orders

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, Hydrojug will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you do not see it, first check around your property, including less obvious locations. For apartment residents, check with your leasing office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact Hydrojug through our store’s contact page for assistance.
